SHIPPING AND PICK UP

We make it easy for you! You have the option of having your product shipped directly to you; or picking it up from the Showroom of your choice. During Checkout, you will be able to select your shipping method. Further, all orders over US $250 qualify for Free Ground Shipping!* When picking up from a Showroom, you will receive a notification when your product is available for collection; alternatively, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

*Free Ground Shipping is only available to continental US and Canada. Not able to ship to PO Boxes. Lead times vary based on your location and product availability. To insure product integrity, orders that include ceramics, bathtubs or mirrors must be shipped to a Showroom; and then subsequent arrangements can be made. For orders that have multiple items with different lead times, the longest lead-time applies to the whole order and it will ship together when complete.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Depending on the product being purchased, it could be available for immediate pick-up from a Showroom. If the order is being fulfilled by Forte Brands, then orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of placement. The Forte Brands warehouse is located in Milford, MA (USA); and then shipped via ground transportation to your location or Showroom of your choice.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Shipping is FREE for orders over US $250. For smaller shipments, we extend our negotiated, heavily discounted ground shipping rates with UPS – and your order size and delivery location will determine the cost.

NEXT-DAY, WEEKEND AND TIME-SPECIFIC DELIVERIES AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We understand that sometimes you just are not able to wait to receive your product. During Checkout, you have the option to select the expedited service of your choice. Again, we extend our heavily discounted rates with UPS. For orders outside USA and Canada, please email your request to: sales@fortebrands.com

RETURNS

Forte Brands offers the opportunity to return an item that is no longer required. In these instances, the item must have not been installed and must be in original condition (including packaging) and notification of the request must be received by Forte Brands within 45 days of when the product was shipped. A 25% stocking fee will be applied to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is deemed faulty. Please send all return requests to sales@fortebrands.com.  Return requests will be kept open for 4 weeks at which time they will be closed. Any returns received after this time will not be processed. Please allow 5-7 days from the date the return is received to Forte Brands for the credit to be issued to accounts. If returned goods are damaged, show signs of installation, or not in the original packaging, credit will be denied. The customer will be given the options to either have Forte Brands dispose of the goods or have the goods returned at the customer’s expense.
